Prevent Changes to the Start Menu
To prevent any changes to the Start Menu, even a right click:
1.Start Regedit
2.Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ Explorer
3.Add a DWORD called NoChangeStartMenu
4.Give it a value of 1
